Barely 48-hours after claiming that he was told by repentant terrorists that a serving northern governor was the leader of the Boko Haram, Presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the 2019 election, Dr Obadiah Mailafia has been invited by the Department of State Service (DSS).
Mailafia confirmed his invitation to the secret police office in Jos.
He said, “Yes, it true. The DSS invited me to appear in their Jos office tomorrow (Wednesday) by noon.”
Mailafia said his invitation was not unconnected to an interview he granted an Abuja radio station, 95.1FM, on Monday.
The former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) had in his interview claimed that the terrorists moved weapons even during the COVID-19 lockdown.
