Fans dressed in Arsenal’s iconic red and white colours gathered in large numbers across Islington, waving flags, singing club chants, and lighting flares as an open-top bus carrying players and coaching staff made its way through the borough.
The celebrations followed Arsenal’s confirmation as Premier League champions on May 19 after Manchester City dropped crucial points against Bournemouth, ending the Gunners’ long wait for league glory.
Supporters began assembling hours before the parade, creating a carnival-like atmosphere around the club’s home base and key locations across north London.
The victory parade commenced shortly after 2 p.m. from the Emirates Stadium and travelled through Highbury, Canonbury and Upper Street before returning to the stadium.
Many fans described the occasion as a historic moment, with generations of supporters coming together to celebrate a title triumph that had eluded the club since the famous unbeaten “Invincibles” season of 2003/04.
