Nigeria records 213 fresh COVID-19 infections

 

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced a total of 213 new COVID-19 infections in the country.

With the latest number of cases, Nigeria has now recorded a total 58, 062 cases so far.

The breakdown of the figure released by NCDC via its verified Twitter handle shows Lagos and Plateau States recording 51 cases each while FCT trailed with 29 cases.

Details of the number of cases recorded by each of the states on Friday September 25, 2020 are contained below:

The release further showed that a total of 49, 606 persons have been discharged while the country has recorded 1,103 so far.
