Nigeria records 111 fresh COVID-19 infections

 

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced a total of 111 new COVID-19 infections in the country.

With the latest number of cases, Nigeria has now recorded a total 60, 103 cases so far.

The breakdown of the figure released by NCDC via its verified Twitter handle shows Plateau State recording 32 cases each while Lagos State trailed with 23 cases.

Details of the number of cases recorded by each of the states on Saturday October 10, 2020 are contained below:

FCT-15
Osun-11
Ogun-9
Oyo-6
Imo-4
Bauchi-3
Kaduna-3
Yobe-3
Rivers-2

The release further showed that a total of 51,711 persons have been discharged while the country has recorded 1,115 deaths so far.
