‎Zamfara JTF Commander shot dead by bandits


The Commander of the Joint Task Force (JTF), Zamfara State, JF London, has been reportedly shot dead by armed bandits.

It was gathered that the JTF commander died instantly after he was hit by bullets on the forehead. ‎

Sources from Zamfara stated that the incident occurred after the state government made huge donations to bandits.‎

There were reports that the state government recently do‎nated vehicles and cash to the bandits in a bid to get them to embrace peace.

The Nigerian Army has not issued any statement on the development as of the time of filing this report. ‎
