Airlines have cancelled all inbound and outbound flights to and from Lagos following the imposition of a 24-hour curfew in the state.
Lagos State Governor, Baba Jide Sanwo-Olu, declared the curfew on Monday after the ongoing #EndSARS protests in the state took a violent turn.
Also, the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, was grounded on Tuesday after protesters took over roads leading to the airport.
It was gathered that the airlines have advised passengers to reschedule their flights for later dates.
A source at the MMIA said all booked passengers on the cancelled flights were advised to reschedule their flights for later dates at no extra cost.
